Never dream of the possibility of failure, simply rejoice in the image of success. In vision where you want to see yourself then execute the appropriate steps to get there. Never sit back and wait for the universe to make things happen for you, you must work, work in ways you haven’t worked before to accomplish your goals. Rest assure that your vision may only be clear to you at first, but once they see you ripple the water with every drop of sweat they will begin to take notes.

Dream big, because dreaming small will only lead to small accomplishments. Set goals, missions and visions on where you need to be. Then determine how far is it from where you are now. If the jump doesn’t seem that difficult, then chances are you have to aim further!
