One of the things about a major rise is that its usually right before or after a major fall. It’s the dynamics of how life works. Smiles followed by tears, & rain followed by sunshine. While we are never aware of when none will take place, the key is to not over indulge in either. Never get to caught up in the lime light and never wallow to long in your own misery. You simply keeping moving forward…

Once you acknowledge that no good or bad last forever then the importance of one or other will not consume you. Accept, acknowledge & appreciate it all. Learn every step of the way & eventually hope will be in every circumstance.

Keep swimming. The end is only the end when you’re no longer present. So keep moving forward & waiting for the next phase. For now take notes on what you are learning, for next time.
